That night changed everything for me. After spending three years fixing performance issues for various agencies, I realized most businesses were getting generic solutions to very specific problems. Vietnamese users expect apps to work smoothly even on older Android devices with limited data plans. But most developers were building for high-end devices with unlimited wifi.
The Turning Point
Rather than just fixing that client's app, we spent two months completely rethinking their architecture. We reduced their app size by 60%, cut loading times to under 2 seconds, and built custom caching systems that worked beautifully on 3G networks. Their sales increased by 340% during the next promotional campaign.
Word spread pretty quickly after that. By December 2021, we had four regular clients, all dealing with similar performance challenges. Each project taught us something new about the unique demands of the Vietnamese mobile market.

This year, we're focusing on three things that matter most to our clients. First, we're developing better tools for continuous performance monitoring that don't require expensive enterprise solutions. Second, we're creating training materials to help Vietnamese development teams maintain good performance practices long-term.
Our 2025 Goals
We want to help 50 Vietnamese mobile apps achieve sub-2-second load times this year. Not because it's a nice marketing number, but because we know exactly how much difference those seconds make for user engagement and business results. We've seen it happen too many times to ignore.
The mobile landscape keeps changing rapidly. iOS 18 introduced new performance considerations, Android continues evolving its memory management, and user expectations keep rising. What hasn't changed is our commitment to making apps that work beautifully for Vietnamese users, regardless of their device or connection speed.
