Service limitations include:

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally, we require 50% payment upfront for new projects, with the remainder due upon completion of agreed deliverables.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, typically within 30 days of service initiation if deliverables have not met the agreed specifications outlined in the project scope.

In no event shall Wisesparklink, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if these terms are violated or if there are concerns about project feasibility or client compliance.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately. We will provide completed deliverables up to the termination date, and any unused prepaid amounts may be refunded at our discretion.

Post-termination obligations:

1. Return or destruction of confidential client information
2. Final invoicing and payment settlement
3. Transfer of completed work products to client
4. Cessation of access to client systems and data

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wisesparklink regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
